Note biografiche e bibliografia di Timons Esaias
Timons Esaias, nato a Santa Monica nel febbraio 1954, è un professore universitario, poeta, saggista, scrittore satirico e di fantascienza. Ha studiato scrittura al college e dopo aver lasciato la scuola si è ritrovato a lavorare come falegname di ristrutturazione, appaltatore generale, per poi passare alla manutenzione degli edifici. Attualmente vive con la moglie medico nel quartiere di Squirrel Hill a Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania e insegna scrittura creativa, letteratura, storia e culture occidentali alla Seton Hill University nel programma MFA Writing Popular Fiction. |

Le sue opere spaziano dal letterario a quelle di genere: si tratta di diversi racconti e più di un centinaio di poesie che sono state pubblicate in venti lingue.
È stato finalista al British Science Fiction Association Award nel 1998, ha ricevuto 5 nominations al Rhysling Award giungendo terzo nel 1997 e ha vinto il Readers 'Award for Poetry di Asimov nel 2005.
